A Absoulte NIGHTMARE and Joke from promised extremly late delivery to BAIT and SITCH film we PIAD for sample and the SAMPLE was excatly what we where asking for a TPU FILM with NO HEAT needed  " AS THEY ADVERTISE " We place a order for the film and guess what we get a PET film that needs heat to install after asking these people to make sure to send same as sample, Then they proceed to tell us to just use HEAT to install. LMFAO like WHAT?!? this is not what we sampled or what we agreed upon. Come to find out they are using somone else manufacture so they just send WHATEVER they feel like and FORCE it on you and refuse to REFUND or accept responibility. I have been working with film for over 20 years I know the diffrence between films. Then they promise you resloution and refund if not happy well guess what they dont do. These people CANNOT be TRUSTED and should not be on here. They say things like "THIS IS MY SALARY I CANNOT AFFORD TO REFUND" like what people so its ok to rip people of
